At Matthews Subaru, we want to ensure that our Customers that know all of the ins and outs of their new Subaru purchase. That's why we have a special position dedicated to understanding Subaru vehicle's functionality and features.
Nick is our Subaru Star Delivery Specialist, which basically means he is an expert on all things Subaru! Nick has an in-depth product knowledge of New Subaru vehicles that he gets by studying Owner's Manuals and attending Subaru meetings to maintain a deep understanding of each vehicle. Nick is also responsible for overseeing program incentives and educating the Team around him.
Recently purchased a New Subaru? Nick will communicate with you to make sure you have a full understanding of your vehicle and if not, schedule you an appointment to go over all of the features, assist with STARLINK, and even assist with scheduling your first service appointment.
